When you get here, please park in our car park – Don’t worry about blocking anyone in as our staff are here all day. Ring our doorbell or call us on 01590 647 611 and give us your name and we will get our team to bring the items to your vehicle. *

Collection is available for individual catering tubs, packs of 120mls & 500ml tubs and full pack sizes of our impulse range.

Unfortunately, we do not sell individual retail units here on site, they are only available in pack sizes e.g. 120ml x 24 tubs in box, 500ml x 8 tubs in a box. 2ltr - 22.4cm long x 16.4cm wide x 8cm high
2.4ltr (Half-napoli) - 17cm long x 14.5cm wide x 14.5cm high
4ltr - 22.4cm long x 16.4cm wide x 15cm high
4.75ltr (Napoli)- 34cm long x 14.5cm wide x 14.5cm high

A 4ltr container should fit into a large cool bag, however the 4.75ltr Napoli tray may be a little large for a standard bag, but a really thick towel or blanket should also insulate it long enough to travel for approx. 30mins or so if travelling directly by car and you don’t have a cool bag (in the boot, not passenger foot well with the heater on!).

Due to being a food item, we cannot accept returns due to possible contamination. Unless your vehicle is specialised in transporting frozen goods (with temperature tracking information), we cannot accept returns once they have been collected.
